Aromatherapy Raindrop Massage
Relax and escape from the stress of life. Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils used in combination with massage. Our therapists perform a light rhythmic massage to fully engage the body, mind, and soul.
Deep Tissue Massage
A therapeutic massage technique that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles. Deep tissue massage helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones, which relaxes and softens sore tight muscles. The therapist will use these stones with a combination of deep pressure techniques, in order to address specific problem areas.
Swedish Massage
This type of massage uses soothing and relaxing strokes to ease away tension to achieve a state of relaxation. Swedish massage increases the oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage is relaxing and invigorating. Key Ingredients
Niacin/Niacinamide

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What can I expect when I get a contour body wrap?
- Prepare to spend one peaceful hour relaxing.
- The skin will be exfoliated to help remove environmental toxins, product, and dead skin cells to allow for maximum absorption of the Body Contour Cream.
- Wrap cream will be applied from the neck to the ankles (avoiding the breast tissue and genital area).
- Client will be wrapped evenly with plastic wrap from the neck to the ankles as to create even pressure over the body.
- Client will spend a total of 60 pampering minutes in the wrap before having the plastic removed (any excess cream can simply be rubbed in).
What is a Detoxing Body Wrap?
- A thick layer of Parafango paraffin is brushed on the entire body, you will then lay under a steamy wonder tent for 30 minutes and sweat out all your toxins. The paraffin will then be removed to reveal a slimmer, sleeker body.
What can I do to prepare for a body wrap?
- Make sure you are drinking half your body’s weight in ounces of water daily to help prevent a niacin build up during the wrap.
- Do not not apply any lotions, creams or perfumes prior to the wrap appointment.
- We recommend that one brings a two piece swimsuit to their appointment, is prepared to wear their bra and underwear or uses disposable garments provided by the wrap technician.
Use
- Client may have 1 body wrap every 3-4 days by a technician that has been certified in Body Contouring.
*Wrap should never be performed on one who is pregnant, nursing or if one has not been in remission from cancer for 2 years or more. Also those on blood thinning medications such as Coumadin and those who suffer from seizures should not utilize body contouring products.

- Due to the gentleness, sugaring paste can be applied more than once to the same area; it exfoliates only dead skin cells, which then results in a more thorough removal of the hair, leaving the skin feeling silky smooth and soft. There is a greater diminishment (permanently) of hair growth because the hair is removed completely with the direction of the hair leaving no broken hairs in the follicle.

FACIAL TREATMENT TYPES
Advanced resurfacing Facial
Our most comprehensive facial treatment. Your skin is meticulously cleansed, and analyzed. This is followed by a Microdermabrasion treatment. A Vitamin C treatment along with a light peel is then massaged into the skin as steam envelopes your face. Following the steam, a carefully formulated serum is applied and then topped off with a mask gently brushed onto your skin. While the skin is being soothed, your feet are being pampered with a relaxing foot reflexology treatment along with a hot towel wrap around your feet afterwards. This is followed by a neck and head massage.
Microdermabrasion
A very effective resurfacing technique used to reduce the skin’s imperfections such as, age spots, fine lines, and acne scars. Microdermabrasion mildly abrades the skin’s surface with a crystal free dermabrasion in order to create healthier skin. For optimum results a series of three to six treatments are recommended, with treatments being every two weeks. Anna’s Day Spa’s Microdermabrasion is a seven-step process that will lead you to a beautiful glow of healthy skin. Your service will include a luxurious neck and shoulder massage.
Micro-Needling
Skin needling, or collagen induction therapy, is a unique process which stimulates the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. Using a sterile needle grouping, the technician gently pricks the needles into the epidermis and top layer of the dermis, signaling the brain to send collagen to the injured site for repair. This signal creates an abundance of collagen, thus plumping up the injured area and creating a softer, subtler appearance of wrinkles, acne scars and other depressed areas.
